Ding ding ding! It’s time for round 3 of the Project Parlor BBQ Championship!
Quick recap. Our round 1 menu featured a compendium of pickled goods and hot Korean subs. Round 2 went south of the border with goopy tortas. As we head into the semi-final, we’re breaking out a summer favorite: SAUSAGES!
What: Handmade sausages + grilled deliciousness for sale.
Where: Project Parlor in Bed Stuy Brooklyn, NY (742 Myrtle Ave at the Myrtle Willoughby G stop)
When: August 19, 2012 from 2pm to 8pm
Admission to the bar is 21+ and free but bring cash for food and drink. The competition is based on sales, so bring friends to try our food!
